LEARN HOW TO SUPPORT YOUR CHILD THROUGH ANGER, SADNESS, and WORRY

Webinar for Parents and Caregivers

Go from TANTRUMS to TALKING IN FOUR EASY STEPS

“He stomped away grumbling under his breath and banging into everything. I said we can just be done with the computer for the night. Then he turned around, came down the stairs and said, ‘Momma, can you help me calm down and get my anger out?’”

Does your child have strong emotions they struggle to control?

Tantrums, excessive crying, yelling, slamming doors, kicking, hitting.

Does this sound familiar?

Do you wonder about the best way to help them, but are still unsure?

Are you feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, embarrassed?

Have you tried everything and nothing works?

In this recorded webinar, I’ll teach you how to help your child cope with big emotions so that you can better enjoy your time together.

Learn how to help your child recognize, understand, and manage their emotions so that you can regulate them when the next meltdown occurs.

In this interactive webinar, I will teach you easy, practical techniques that can be used at home, so that you can aid your child in identifying, expressing, and regulating their emotions in the future.

I am a registered play therapist with ten years of experience, having helped hundreds of parents manage emotions and behaviors in their children.

I have learned that the quickest way to change a child’s behaviors is to have active, supportive parents or caregivers.

I recall a three-year-old kid named Jack. His parents came to me feeling completely out of options. Jack had been kicked out of 2 preschools and was teetering on the edge of a third. Jack would have tantrums at school, hitting and kicking his teachers and peers.

At home, things were not much better. He hated not getting his way and would scream and name call, especially towards his mom.

After teaching his parents how to use these strategies, strong emotions in the home began to subside. Jack learned regulation techniques he then could use in the school environment.

After teaching his parents how to use these 4 strategies, within a few weeks, the anger, aggression, high-pitched screams, and crying in the home began to subside. Jack learned breathing, physical exercises, and communication techniques he could use in the classroom to calm down and focus.

I remember mom telling me after one of our sessions, “I feel like I can reconnect to Jack. We are able to play games at home without meltdowns. He is enjoying school and making friends.”

This program is for you if you have ever felt lost, worried, or ashamed by your child’s behaviors. Don’t let your child have the label of the “bad kid”.

Let me help you help them so that you can have an enjoyable, healthy relationship with your child and support them in leading happy, successful lives.

Imagine if you asked your child to do something and they did it without a fuss the first time, a playful, peaceful dinnertime, or leisurely being able to run your errands without a meltdown in the middle of aisle 6 in Target.

Take a minute to imagine how good it will feel when your child communicates with you about their feelings so that you can problem-solve a solution together.

This isn’t a fantasy I’m talking about- this could actually be YOUR family!

So, if you’re tired of pulling out your hair, talking to a brick wall, or crying yourself to sleep at night worrying about your child….

Let’s go from Tantrums to Talking!
